Estimates provided by Construction L are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All estimates are subject to change based on site conditions, design revisions, or third-party pricing adjustments.

4. Payments and Invoicing

• We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment or delayed payments.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Comply with safety protocols while on-site

6. Changes and Delays

Change orders must be documented and approved in writing. Construction L is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Third-party suppliers

• Permit or inspection issues

• Unforeseen site conditions

7. Warranties and Liability

• Construction L offers limited warranties as described in individual contracts.

• We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, natural disasters, or third-party actions.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, proposals, and documentation provided by Construction L remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services at our discretion if:

• You breach these Terms or the project agreement

• There are unsafe conditions at the job site

• Legal or regulatory obligations prevent project continuation

Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed and materials purchased up to that date.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, depending on the claim amount and location.
